Qualifications

• Proven governance, executive reporting, risk management, and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong business acumen with vendor and budget management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Defines program controls, processes, and governance with key stakeholders.
• Develops scope, deliverables, resources, budget, and timing for change initiatives.
• Monitors milestones, tracks progress, and measures KPIs for the program.
• Analyzes risks and produces reports for managers and stakeholders.
• Leads end-to-end delivery of multi-year ETD program transformations.
