Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Program management/product management.
• Experience in Equities Operations and its products (Delta 1, Synthetic PB, Equity PB, Cash Equities, Derivatives) is REQUIRED.
• Should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs.
• Identifies stakeholders and key organizations and builds relationships.
• Directs the creation of multiple programs of work and their alignment to business goals.
• Leads cross-functional coordination and arbitration of macro level topics.
• Drives identification and resolution of issues impacting program delivery.
• Ensures program scope meets business objectives and aligns with the business case.
