Qualifications

• Direct experience in equities markets or related operations.
• Knowledge of futures and options operations.
• Experience with governance and stakeholder management.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
• Experience in automation to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional projects across Equities, delivering results aligned with business strategy.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, allocate resources, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain governance processes to ensure timely delivery and compliance with firm-wide guidelines.
• Regularly update progress, risks and issues to diverse stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects adhere to risk and control requirements and strengthen the control environment.
