Job summary

Equity Methods seeks a results-focused Manager to lead our Equity Management Services practice. You will manage a small team, oversee stock plan administration engagements from outsourcing to project work, and deepen client relationships while coordinating with partners and subcontractors.

You will mentor staff, develop scalable processes, support valuation, financial reporting and HR advisory work, and help win new business through thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Stock plan administration expertise and program management.
• Experience leading a team including hiring and mentoring.
• Superior client service and flexibility in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• 5+ years in stock plan administration.
• CEP certification required.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train a team of 1–3 associates to support daily processing needs and research items for clients.
• Lead client engagements with high satisfaction and accurate work product.
• Interface with channel partners and subcontractors delivering related services.
• Support cross-functional engagements involving valuation, financial reporting, and HR advisory services.
• Develop scalable processes and dashboards to monitor engagement profitability and utilization.
• Drive client acquisition and growth through visits, presentations, and thought leadership.
• Travel up to 20% and mentor staff to ensure excellence in delivery.
