Job summary

BIP US is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a Finance Transformation initiative, transitioning financial close, reporting, and governance processes from a public to a private company environment. You will work with Program Leadership and Finance stakeholders to coordinate activities across Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, IT, and vendors.

This hands-on delivery role requires strong organization, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, with solid knowledge of ERP,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Project Management, PMO, Finance Transformation, or business transformation experience.
• Experience supporting complex, cross-functional projects within a large corporate or consulting environment.
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans, milestones, RAID logs, status reports, and governance materials.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance, risk management, and delivery processes.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and project dependencies simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prepare clear and concise project reporting for senior management and Program Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Finance Transformation initiatives across multiple functional workstreams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and action items.
• Track project progress against agreed deliverables and identify schedule risks or delays.
• Maintain RAID logs covering risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, IT, consultants, and vendors.
• Prepare governance materials and executive-level status updates for leadership.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and action items across workstreams.
• Document current-state and future-state financial close and reporting processes.
• Support revised monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
• Track changes, ownership, SLAs, deliverables, and dependencies across Finance.
