Job summary

RMS Roller-Grinder, Inc. is seeking a full-time Equipment Testing Specialist to operate the Testing Center, run tests on various materials, and produce detailed reports for customers and internal teams. The role emphasizes ownership, independence, and a strong focus on safety and data integrity.

You will manage test schedules, document data meticulously, and collaborate with sales and engineering to provide practical recommendations and optimal machine settings for customer applications.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage the Testing Center operations and equipment performance.
• Create clear, actionable test reports for customers and internal teams.
• Schedule and support maintenance and component changes for roller mills and related equipment.
• Manage inventory of supplies, tools, and spare parts.
• Run test grinds and material tests across a variety of materials; perform sampling and quality checks.
• Monitor wear trends and recommend service needs based on data.
• Prioritize testing schedules to meet customer timelines and ensure data is organized.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering to provide technical insights and data-driven recommendations.
