You will work on mechanical and electro-mechanical systems across diverse industries, emphasizing safety, accuracy, and repeatable methods, with opportunities to lead projects and mentor technicians.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering with 3–5 years in testing or industrial equipment
• Experience with mechanical testing methods and instrumentation
• Hands-on aptitude with physical systems
• Experience with data acquisition and test control systems
• Ability to develop test methods, fixtures, and equipment with accuracy and repeatability
• Strong technical writing and English communication
• Self-motivated with critical thinking and problem solving
• Familiarity with statistics: reliability, capability analysis, regression, ANOVA
• Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks or similar)
• Professional Engineer license or willingness to obtain one
