Responsibilities

• Run the Testing Center, manage equipment performance and generate test reports for customers.
• Keep the workspace safe, clean, organized, and customer-ready.
• Schedule and support maintenance and changes for roller mills and auxiliary equipment.
• Manage inventory of supplies, tools and spare parts.
• Conduct test grinds and quality verification, monitor wear trends and suggest service needs.
• Document and organize all test data and analyze material performance to optimize machine settings.
• Deliver actionable test reports with operating parameters and recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering to provide technical insights.
