Ultium Cells LLC is seeking an Equipment Technology Engineer for the Nashville-area assembly plant. You will join a technical team responsible for continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and optimizing manufacturing equipment in a highly automated environment.

The role requires collaboration with production, maintenance, and external partners to resolve urgent issues, develop preventive solutions, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Some on-call work is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• 0 to 3 years Industrial Maintenance Engineering experience preferred.
• Must be able to speak and read English.

Responsabilités

• Ensure continuous process improvement and maintain machines through teamwork and clear communication with production and process engineers.
• Design, control, and modify equipment for improvements.
• Troubleshoot chronic errors and issues as they arise.
• Conduct root cause analysis and report major errors.
• Monitor running machines to reduce downtime and prevent breakdowns.
• Create and update machine documentation, including troubleshooting guides and work instructions.
