Job summary

Granite Construction invites motivated undergraduates to join as an Equipment Systems intern, supporting information systems processes and working with the Equipment Administration group on asset data and application configuration.

The role offers hands-on experience with SharePoint, ERP tools, and converting paper records to electronic formats, in a team-focused, mentor-led environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in engineering or information systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiar with SharePoint, Oracle or SAP ERP, Visual Studio or .NET is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Equipment Department SharePoint site.
• Maintain asset master files with Equipment Administration group.
• Configure new applications to support field operations.
• Research user questions and provide feedback to users.
• Convert paper files to electronic format while complying with regulations.
