Job summary

Granite Construction Incorporated is seeking motivated interns and entry‑level professionals to support information systems for the Equipment group. You will help maintain the Equipment Department SharePoint site, manage asset master files, and assist in configuring applications to support field operations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, customer service, and teamwork. The position offers on‑the‑job mentorship, opportunities to learn SAP/Oracle tools, and exposure to regulatory

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an Engineering or Information Systems Management undergraduate program at an accredited 4 year university
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
• Detail oriented with good organizational skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the maintenance of the Equipment Department SharePoint site
• Work with the Equipment Administration group to maintain asset master files
• Assist in the configuration of new applications to support field operations
• Research user questions and issues to provide feedback to users
• Convert paper files to electronic format while ensuring regulatory compliance
