Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a Store/Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Conway NH location. You will drive equipment sales, manage the service department, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, training, and coordinating between sales and service to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Strong leadership and communication are essential in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Requires HS or equivalent; tech or college preferred.
• 3–5 years in customer service, service advisor and/or parts distribution experience.
• 1–3 years of service department supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify equipment needs in person or via phone/email.
• Suggest products and financing options based on customer applications.
• Oversee the service desk, bays, and yard to ensure timely repairs.
• Coordinate staffing and supervise service writers, mechanics, and drivers.
• Maintain showroom displays and POS merchandising for best presentation.
