Central Pre-Mix Concrete Co North is seeking an Equipment/Shop Supervisor to lead maintenance across mobile and stationary equipment. You will supervise mechanics, cost accounting, and shop administration while ensuring safety and efficient budgets.

The role requires 5–10 years in construction or equivalent experience, and CMMS, MS Office proficiency. Washington-based with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• Five to ten years of related experience in construction preferred.
• Equivalent education and experience accepted.

Mansioni

• Lead shop personnel, oversee equipment maintenance and cost accounting.
• Monitor fleet availability and utilization; supervise maintenance scheduling.
• Oversee purchasing system for lubricants, fuel, tires, parts, and subcontract repairs.
• Ensure safety culture and compliance with company policies (OMG).
• Coordinate with field personnel and management on maintenance needs.
• Manage capital expenditures and equipment replacement planning.
