Job summary

Central Pre-Mix Concrete Co., a CRH Company, is seeking an Equipment/Shop Supervisor to lead maintenance and cost accounting across mobile and stationary equipment. You will supervise mechanics, shop leads, and administration while monitoring costs and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of related experience preferred in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shop personnel, including parts, equipment cost accounting, and shop administration.
• Coordinate with field personnel and management regarding equipment maintenance.
• Monitor fleet availability and utilization; manage work orders and maintenance scheduling.
• Manage purchasing for lubricants, fuel, tires, parts, and subcontract repairs.
• Ensure safety culture and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and utilize CMMS for equipment data and reporting.
• Organize and conduct shop safety meetings and training.
