Central Pre-Mix Concrete Co., A CRH Company, is seeking an Equipment/Shop Supervisor to oversee maintenance, repairs, and cost accounting for all mobile and stationary equipment. You will supervise mechanics, manage shop operations, and lead safety initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with field personnel, managing procurement and inventories, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.

Formación

• Five to ten years of related experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Strong communication and planning skills are required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee shop personnel and cost accounting activities.
• Administer work requests and work orders for mobile equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance with field personnel and management.
• Manage purchasing, inventory, and repair parts; monitor fuel and lubricants.
• Promote and enforce a safe work environment and zero-incident goals.
