Qualifications

• 1+ years in a Service Writer role or service/parts department.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with agricultural and/or construction equipment is a plus.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Self-starter with attention to detail and organization.
• Comfortable dealing with the public.
• Strong team player and able to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating work orders.
• Review and maintain repair orders for accuracy.
• Process records of parts requisitions and invoices for accounting.
• Assist in scheduling service work.
• Keep the service manager informed on all work orders.
• Assist with warranties.
• Act as intermediary between parts and service; be the lead contact for parts.
• Ensure every customer is satisfied with products and service.
