Job summary

Carrols Corporation is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to maintain the physical integrity of our Burger King restaurants. You will perform repairs, service, and preventative maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations across a group of locations.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will prioritize repairs, coordinate with the R&M budget for preventive measures, and schedule work to minimize disruption to guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and carpentry basics required.
• Mechanical knowledge required for equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Food service equipment repair experience is a plus.
• HVAC repair certification is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required with independent reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills are required for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs as they occur in a timely fashion.
• Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures as defined by company representatives.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize the impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
