International Process Plants (IPP) is seeking a Sales Representative to join the Equipment Sales Team. You will work with Senior Sales Managers to resolve customer questions and drive revenue using a consultative approach, with no cold calling required.

The role emphasizes expanding second-hand and rebuilt process equipment sales across focus industries, differentiating IPP with service and dependability, and developing long-term relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in industrial equipment sales or related fields.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
• Proficiency with MS Office, Project, Visio, and general CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell company products to new and existing customers at engineer and C-suite levels.
• Reach sales targets by the deadline.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Set follow-up meetings and calls to keep customers informed of developments and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop personalized business plans to maximize repeat sales.
• Maintain detailed account profiles and prepare sales reports.
