Job summary

Walter Payton Power Equipment is seeking a Rental Coordinator to oversee day-to-day rental activities and the administration of equipment rentals. You will work with outside sales reps and customers to generate revenue, schedule deliveries, and ensure all paperwork and insurance are in order.

The role requires coordination with service and sales teams to prioritize equipment and maintain accurate records. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years in sales, customer

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent, and 2+ years of sales, customer service, sales or rental coordinator experience.
• Knowledge of construction equipment and rental processes is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; ability to organize data and coordinate multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crane and equipment rentals and the related admin duties.
• Generate revenue from equipment rentals by working with outside sales reps and customers.
• Schedule rentals, deliveries, demos, and ensure paperwork and insurance are complete.
• Manage repair and maintenance of rental fleet and prepare contracts for sales reps.
• Communicate rental start/end dates with sales staff and accounting.
