U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Cedar Park, TX. You will be the face of our service team, helping customers with rentals, equipment, and information while using U-Scan tech to manage inventories.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, preparing invoices, and assisting with hitch installation, propane, or forklift operations as certified. On-the-job education and growth opportunities are provided.

Competenze

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and educate customers regarding products.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring (certification offered).
• Fill propane (certification offered) and drive a forklift (certification offered).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
