Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with equipment rental needs and provide recommendations.
• Create and manage rental contracts using rental software.
• Handle phone and in-person inquiries, reservations, and equipment availability.
• Advise customers on safe operation and proper handling of rental equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide basic repair guidance.
• Load and unload tools and equipment safely for customers.
• Perform light equipment maintenance and cleaning to ensure safety and readiness.
• Operate a forklift to move and load larger equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized rental yard and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols.
