Sunbelt Rentals, the fastest growing rental business in North America, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. This role involves supporting telephone and walk-in customers with rental of construction and industrial equipment. As the company's front line, your goal is to understand customer needs, negotiate, and place orders, while maintaining a professional attitude and delivering customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Education or experience that prepares you for success:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver's license required
• Familiarity with construction/industrial tools and equipment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Previous equipment rental industry experience
• Strong customer service and telephone skills
• Solid computer and administrative skills
• DOT Qualification process completion preferred
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations
