Sunbelt Rentals, the fastest growing rental business in North America, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative.

The Equipment Rental Specialist is responsible for supporting telephone and walk-in customers with rental of construction and industrial equipment. This front-line role involves understanding customer needs, negotiating, and placing orders, requiring strong administrative skills and a professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Education or experience:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver's license required
• Familiarity with construction/industrial tools and equipment

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Previous experience in equipment rental industry preferred
• Excellent customer service and telephone skills
• Strong computer and administrative skills
• DOT Qualification completion preferred
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or others) may be preferred in some locations
