Sunbelt Rentals, the fastest-growing rental business in North America, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. The Equipment Rental Specialist supports telephone and walk-in customers with rental of construction/industrial equipment. This role is the company's front line of contact, responsible for understanding customer needs, negotiating, and placing orders. It also requires strong administrative skills and a professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s license required
• Familiarity with construction/industrial tools & equipment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the equipment rental industry
• Strong customer service and telephone skills
• Computer and administrative skills
• DOT Qualification (preferred)
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or other) may be preferred

Physical Demands

This role involves bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required. Reasonable accommodations may be provided.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Pay Range: $20.96 - $24.89 per hour. Starting pay varies based on factors like location, experience, and education. More info at Sunbelt Careers.
