Job summary

KMC Equipment in Bryan, Texas is seeking an Equipment Rental Representative to join our Rental Equipment team. You will drive rental sales with both new and existing customers and help grow our rental product line from the ground up.

The ideal candidate has experience in equipment rentals, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus, and bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work heavily to generate rentals with new and current customers.
• Generate new customers leads
• Document demands for additional equipment needed from customers to grow our rental line.
• Opening and closing rental contracts .
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest rental equipment KMC has added
• Create sales material to present to customers.
• Maintain ongoing knowledge of new products, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Submitting detailed commission reports by the deadline.
