Job summary

Kirby-Smith Machinery, Inc. in Clyde, TX is seeking a Rental Coordinator to manage rental calls and coordinate equipment rentals per company guidelines. You will initiate rental contracts, schedule deliveries, and work with the Service department to ensure equipment readiness.

Responsibilities

• Handle rental calls and coordinate equipment rentals according to guidelines and procedures.
• Process rental contracts and documentation accurately and timely.
• Schedule equipment deliveries, training, and pickup with drivers or outside transport services.
• Coordinate with Service to ensure equipment is serviced and prepared for rental.
• Monitor rental inventory and track equipment; prepare reports as needed.
• Escalate issues to Sr. Rental Coordinator and suggest solutions where possible.
• Ensure consistent and reliable on-site attendance.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
