Qualifications

- Experience in rental operations, logistics, or customer service preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple orders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/rental management systems.
- Excellent communication with internal teams and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate rental orders from quote through return.
- Verify equipment availability with yard, logistics, and operations.
- Support equipment movements, transfers, pickups, and returns.
- Ensure equipment is assigned based on customer needs and timelines.
- Enter and maintain rental orders in company systems.
- Monitor orders for margin, billing, or operational risks.
- Communicate status and changes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with documentation, delivery tickets, and billing readiness.
- Identify and resolve rental-related issues and escalations.
