Job summary

Skyworks LLC is seeking a Rental Coordinator at our Indianapolis branch to support inside sales and dispatching for construction equipment rentals.

You will help customers select equipment, coordinate with the outside sales team, manage inventory, write rental contracts, and arrange deliveries and pickups. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of construction equipment is a plus.

The Rental Coordinator will:

• provide exceptional service to our customers in helping them choose the right piece of equipment for their needs
• act as a liaison with the outside sales department
• control inventory asset management
• write rental contracts and follow through on orders from start to finish
• dispatch rental deliveries and pickup

The ideal candidate is motivated and detail-oriented. Must be able to multitask in a fast paced, high energy environment. Knowledge of construction equipment is beneficial.
