Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative in Cambridge, MA. You will be the face of U-Haul, assisting customers, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and using U-Scan tech to dispatch rentals. The role includes nights and weekends, with on-the-job education and a potential hiring bonus.

Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 hourly. This part-time position offers growth opportunities within a nationwide service company and requires a valid driver's license and HS diploma.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including fluid checks.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
