Komatsu is seeking a Rental Coordinator to oversee end-to-end rental processes across Hatfield, Harrisburg, Wilkes-Barre, and State College branches in Pennsylvania. The role focuses on generating rental orders, coordinating fulfillment, maintenance, and returns, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college or technical training preferred.
• Knowledge of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication, comprehension, and analytical abilities.
• Proven customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate phone and walk-in customers to generate rental orders with professionalism.
• Supervise yard coordinators to ensure compliance and efficient rental order fulfillment and returns.
• Generate rental contracts, verify customer accounts including insurance and credit status, and adjust as needed for changes.
• Process equipment requests by matching inventory to orders and prioritizing requests.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as required.
• Coordinate repair and maintenance needs with service departments to maximize equipment availability.
