Job summary

Milford Winsupply Company seeks a Rental Coordinator to provide responsive, accurate rental support and coordinate the availability, reservation, contract administration, checkout, return, invoicing, and movement of Milford rental equipment and related assets.

This role serves as the primary rental contact and collaborates with Rental, Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Technical Services, Logistics, Purchasing, and other Milford departments to ensure customer needs are addressed, equipment is

Qualifications

• Strong customer-service orientation with professional communication via in-person, phone, email, and other approved methods.
• Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work across departments including Rental, Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; safe and accurate documentation skills.
• Ability to create, review, and maintain rental contracts, reservations, and related records.
• Familiarity with rental-system records, asset tracking, and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional service to rental customers in person, by phone, email, and other approved methods.
• Identify customer rental needs and coordinate suitable rental solutions within training and inventory.
• Own customer requests through resolution or proper handoff to Milford team members.
• Collaborate with multiple Milford departments to coordinate requirements, availability, and transportation.
• Communicate accurate information on reservations, contracts, deliveries, and equipment condition.
• Maintain professional relationships while managing competing priorities and time-sensitive needs.
• Create and maintain rental contracts, reservations, service tickets, and related records.
• Ensure documents and signatures are properly completed and retained.
