Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to ensure the upkeep of the CMMS and to schedule maintenance by coordinating with internal and external parties. The role requires documenting procedures and aligning maintenance with production plans while maintaining equipment histories.

The candidate will develop schedules, manage resources, and monitor KPIs to drive reliable operations. OSHA knowledge, forklift certification, and strong collaboration with teams are essential

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5 years maintenance experience, including planning.
• 2 years in maintenance planning.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to read maintenance manuals, blueprints, specs and schematics.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop routine maintenance schedules.
• Maintain engineering and maintenance documentation library.
• Train maintenance and production personnel on procedures.
• Integrate maintenance with production plans and downtime.
• Estimate resources for maintenance tasks and arrange contract labor as needed.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and report trends.
• Define equipment criticality and spares inventories.
• Maintain inventory records and machine histories.
• Execute safety and environmental maintenance programs.
