U-Haul International is seeking an Equipment Citations Specialist to join the downtown Phoenix team in a part-time role. The position focuses on following up tolls, parking and other citations, locating responsible parties, and coordinating with customers, field locations, DMVs, and the U-Haul POS system to secure favorable outcomes.

The ideal candidate has call center experience, excellent communication skills, and can work in a fast-paced environment.

Equipment Citations Specialist (Part-time)

U-Haul International is seeking hardworking, energetic team players to join the Equipment Citations department in downtown Phoenix. The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships among many groups, offering clerical support as part of a team to keep track of citations and ensure responsible parties provide compensation.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Follow up on tolls, parking and fine citations
• Locate and seek compensation from responsible parties
• Work with customers, field locations, DMVs, and the U-Haul POS system to ensure favorable outcomes

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous call center/phone-based work experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Task-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule:

25-30 hours/week between 6am-6pm Monday-Friday, and 6am-4:30pm on Saturday
