Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a detail-oriented team player to join the Equipment Citations department in downtown Phoenix. The role focuses on following up on tolls, parking, and fine citations and coordinating compensation from responsible parties.

You will interact with customers, field locations, DMVs, and the U-Haul POS system to resolve cases efficiently while maintaining accurate records. 25-30 hours/week, Monday–Friday, with weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous call center/phone-based work experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Excellent communication skills.

U-Haul International is seeking hardworking, energetic team players to join the Equipment Citations department in downtown Phoenix. The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships among many groups, offering clerical support as part of a team to keep track of citations and ensure responsible parties provide compensation.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Follow up on tolls, parking and fine citations
• Locate and seek compensation from responsible parties
• Work with customers, field locations, DMVs, and the U-Haul POS system to ensure favorable outcomes

Minimum Qualifications:

• Good attendance record
• Previous call center/phone-based work experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Excellent communication skills
• Task-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule:

25-30 hours/week between 6am-6pm Monday-Friday, and 6am-4:30pm on Saturday
