Job summary

Best Restaurant Equipment & Design, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator to manage equipment projects from order placement through final delivery and to work closely with customers, vendors, freight carriers, and internal teams. This position is 100% onsite in Columbus, OH.

You will coordinate orders, track timelines, manage deliveries, and resolve issues with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience and strong Microsoft Office skills, with a focus

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or project coordination.
• Understanding cost-to-price relationships and contract reconciliation.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience in logistics or equipment sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment orders and projects from start to finish.
• Serve as main contact for customers, vendors, and manufacturers.
• Track orders, timelines, and deliveries.
• Coordinate freight and shipping logistics.
• Resolve order, shipping, and service issues.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Collaborate with sales, purchasing, warehouse, and accounting teams.
• Assist customers and teams with warranty claims and returns.
