Job summary

Sephora’s Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch, MS is seeking an Equipment Operator to support warehouse operations with motorized and manual equipment, RF terminals, and strict safety standards.

You will process orders, assist maintenance, cross-train in other roles, and adapt to varying shifts, with overtime as needed; starting pay is $20.40–$21.85 per hour, plus potential shift differential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating equipment in warehouse environments.
• Valid Drivers’ License with clean motor vehicle record.
• Familiarity with conventional distribution picking and replenishment procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to process orders and support inventory control.
• Meet safety, production and service level standards.
• Cross-train in other non-equipment operator classifications.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service.
