Job summary

Sephora is hiring for an Equipment Operator at the Las Vegas Distribution Center. This full-time role uses motorized and manual equipment to process orders and support warehouse needs, with a 2nd shift: Mon–Fri 4:00 PM–12:30 AM.

You’ll operate RF terminals and maintain safety and accuracy in inventory and fulfillment processes. The position requires certification in equipment operation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work across shifts and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment.
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Familiarity with distribution picking, packing, put-away and replenishment processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment safely to process orders.
• Meet safety, production and service level standards.
• Use RF terminals to support inventory control procedures.
• Follow OSHA and company safety rules and wear required PPE.
• Cross-train in non-equipment operator roles as needed.
