Job summary

Thompson Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking an Equipment Operator to join a safety-conscious team. This role executes jobs across service lines, operating hydroblasting and related equipment while maintaining safety standards on-site.

The position supports field operations, including directing vacuum technicians, transporting equipment, and performing routine maintenance. Prior experience with vacuum trucks and high-pressure systems is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Understand safety policies and procedures in dynamic environments.
• English proficiency to comprehend safety training and respond to emergencies.
• Valid drivers license is required.
• Experience operating vacuum trucks or similar equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety representative for company and customer policies.
• Operate hydroblasting equipment as needed.
• Operate Ultra High-Pressure pumps and related gear.
• Drive and transport equipment and personnel between sites.
• Complete pre/post trip vehicle inspections and logs.
• Direct a crew of vacuum technicians when required.
• Provide field maintenance and support on equipment.
