Job summary

Thompson Industrial is seeking Hydroblaster/Field Technicians to safely execute industrial cleaning jobs at customer sites. The role includes leading two or more crews, planning, organizing, and coordinating daily operations to ensure efficient work and accurate documentation while upholding safety policies.

Responsibilities include hands-on operation of hydro-blasting equipment, use of high-pressure pumps, and operating associated machinery.

Qualifications

• Language proficiency in English to understand safety training and respond to emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with company driving policies.
• Knowledge of emergency equipment and safety procedures a must.
• TWIC card or ability to provide one per policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operations of service line crews at customer sites.
• Ensure proper operation of hydro-blasting equipment and related tooling.
• Maintain documentation of job activities and safety compliance.
• Interface with customers to meet scope, safety, and quality requirements.
