Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience or one year of experience and one season of winter operations similar to NDDOT.
• If unable to find a candidate, may be filled as Equipment Operator in Training with Class A permit and cargo-tank endorsement by first day; 12 months to obtain license and endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment to perform highway, roadway and structure maintenance.
• Perform snow and ice control/removal and maintenance of signs and guardrails.
• Maintain paperwork including time records, activity reports, and road diaries.
