Smith Lawnscapes LLC is a family‑oriented landscape construction and maintenance company seeking a dependable Equipment Operator and Crew Member to join our dedicated team.

You will operate skid steers, mini excavators, loaders, and other equipment, assist with landscape construction and hardscape installs, and help with site prep. The role requires physical outdoor work, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Experience operating landscape or construction equipment
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and punctuality
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to equipment operation and outdoor construction
• Willingness to learn and take pride in craftsmanship
• Ideal candidates should have at least one year of landscape or construction experience
