Smith Lawnscapes LLC in Michigan is seeking a dependable Equipment Operator and Crew Member to join our family‑oriented team. You will operate skid steer, mini excavator, loaders and other equipment safely, assist with landscape construction, and help with site prep and hardscape installs.

You will load and transport materials, perform daily equipment inspections, follow plans and safety procedures, and support snow removal in winter.

Qualifications

• Experience operating landscape or construction equipment.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate landscape and construction equipment safely and efficiently (skid steer, mini excavator, loaders, compactors, etc.)
• Assist with landscape construction, hardscape installs, grading, and site prep
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Follow job plans, safety procedures, and quality standards
