Smith Lawnscapes LLC is seeking a dependable Earthworks Crew Member to join our team in Michigan. Join a family-oriented company known for in-house craftsmanship and opportunities for advancement.

You will perform site prep, drainage work, and operate equipment, contributing to quality results on residential landscape projects. You will work outdoors in varying weather, lift 50+ lbs, and coordinate with crew members to meet project timelines while maintaining safety and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, landscaping, drainage, or earthwork preferred.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Equipment operation experience.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and punctuality.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities
