Job summary

Oldcastle APG is seeking a Production Operator in Gilroy, CA to operate and maintain concrete handling equipment under supervision. You will inspect product quality, adjust settings, and help maintain production flow while reporting issues to supervision.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing/industrial environment experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience operating similar equipment.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety procedures and operating instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work inside/outside in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain concrete handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect product quality and adjust settings as needed.
• Report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervision.
• Assist in maintaining production flow and reporting.
• Perform machine setup and clean-up for product changes.
• Cross-train on other production process areas.
