JE Dunn Construction is seeking an Equipment Operations Coordinator in Tempe, AZ to support equipment rental operations, process data entry, billing and inventory tasks, and coordinate fleet movements across projects.

You will use ERP systems, interact with customers and vendors, provide pricing and availability details, and contribute to process improvements while upholding safety and company standards. This role demands strong attention to detail and collaborative teamwork.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; relevant experience considered.
• 2+ years rental, warehouse or construction materials experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; travel not typically required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Performs routine duties in purchasing, fleet/inventory, billing and distribution.
• Performs accurate data entry in ERP for rental and material transactions.
• Responds to internal/external customers and vendors via phone and email.
• Provides pricing, availability and specification details for inventory and equipment.
• May assist with shipping, receiving and storing fleet materials.
