Job summary

Johnson Controls in Las Vegas, NV seeks an Equipment Operations Analyst to coordinate equipment contract scheduling, revenue forecasting, billing, and vendor purchases with guidance from the Project Owner / Equipment Sales Agents.

You will partner with the Equipment Operations Team Manager to ensure monthly and quarterly commitments are met, support contract accounting, and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors while upholding compliance and ethics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2–5 years in operations or scheduling.
• Ability to work independently with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external clients.
• Ability to manage a large, diverse set of projects with tact, cooperation, and persistence.
• Ability to prioritize work by financial impact.
• Ability to influence diverse teams to accomplish goals.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and basic Internet skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment contract scheduling, revenue forecasting, billings, collections, and vendor purchases with guidance from Project Owner / Equipment Sales Agents.
• Partner with Equipment Operations Team Manager(s) to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual commitments.
• Ensure work complies with state, local, federal, and legal requirements with high ethics.
• Analyze and assess operations team performance and adjust to improve cost-effectiveness.
• Develop relationships with customers and vendors to manage payables/receivables.
