Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an Equipment Operations Analyst in Las Vegas to coordinate contract scheduling, forecasting, billing and collections while collaborating with the Equipment Operations Team Manager to meet financial commitments.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2–5 years of experience in operations support, with strong interpersonal and IT skills. You will ensure compliance and develop key relationships with customers and vendors to optimize financial processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years experience managing or supporting operations teams and/or scheduling.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external clients.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint; comfortable with internet tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment contract scheduling, revenue forecasting, billings, collections, and subcontract creation with guidance from Project Owner/Equipment Sales Agents.
• Partner with Equipment Operations Team Manager to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial commitments.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, federal, and legal requirements and maintain high ethics.
• Develop relationships with customers and vendors to manage payables and receivables effectively.
• Support booking of equipment contracts, ensuring accuracy on addresses, tax, terms, and related processes.
