WW Clyde and Co. is seeking an Equipment Manager in Arizona to oversee the equipment department, maintaining high readiness for all projects with a revenue scope of $300 million and assets exceeding $100 million.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and strategic capital expenditure planning, with accountability for fleet utilization and project-specific equipment strategies across multiple sites.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to make sound decisions timely in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with equipment management and maintenance processes.

• Visualize, fulfill, and implement the vision and core values.
• Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Evaluate current processes and organization; recommend changes to improve results.
• Own the capital expenditure strategy for all company equipment.
• Optimize fleet and equipment utilization across the company.
• Identify unused/unproductive equipment and determine disposition actions.
• Lead and supervise equipment department; drive engagement.
• Generate equipment rates for projects.
• Partner with project teams on equipment strategy.
• Other duties as assigned.
