Lonza in Tampa, FL is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician II for our OSD manufacturing environment. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment, ensure reliability, and support changeovers.

This role requires 2–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, familiarity with CMMS, and knowledge of GDP/cGMP. You will work a 12-hour night shift, collaborate with operations and quality, and contribute to safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, pneumatic, and minor electrical systems.
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic diagrams.
• Experience performing equipment changeovers, setups, and repairs.
• Familiarity with CMMS for work orders and documentation.
• Understanding of GDP and cGMP in maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues using diagrams and OEM guidance.
• Support changeovers, setups, and validation checks.
• Inspect, repair, and replace belts, bearings, seals, actuators.
• Document work in CMMS following GDP.
• Collaborate with operations and quality to reduce downtime.
