Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, construction management or related field preferred.
• 8+ years rental/construction industry experience required.
• 5+ years people management experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead equipment service team and manage maintenance/repair schedules.
• Oversee equipment fleet readiness and inventory management.
• Provide guidance to clients on maintenance and repair needs.
• Document equipment movement, costs, and timesheets.
• Analyze operational reports and advise leadership on trends.
• Identify and implement revenue opportunities in equipment services.
